ESP / Los envíos son a través del Royal Post Service desde Reino Unido (International Standard not tracked) y suelen tardar entre 3-5 días laborables en llegar (hasta un máximo de 2 semanas dadas las circunstancias actuales). Si no hubiese llegado en este periodo de tiempo, por supuesto no dudéis en contactarme en [email protected] y buscaremos una solución para el inconveniente. He de decir, que de más de 50 envíos ya realizados a diferentes partes de Europa, todos han llegado a destino y en perfectas condiciones :D.
Todos los productos que aparecen en www.dwamba.bigcartel.com están diseñados y fabricados de manera local, manual, pequeñita y despacio. Todas las láminas van protegidas con fundas transparentes biodegradables, libres de ácido, acompañadas de una tarjetita de agradecimiento con información de contacto y enviadas en sobres reforzados para asegurar que las láminas lleguen en perfectas condiciones. Es una preocupación para mí la protección del medio ambiente y todos los materiales de "packaging" que empleo son compostables o reciclables.

All the prints that appear on www.dwamba.bigcartel.com are designed and manufactured locally, manually, on a small scale and take their time. All sheets are protected with clear biodegrable, acid-free sleeves, accompanied by a “thank you” card with contact information and shipped in reinforced envelopes to ensure that the prints arrive in perfect condition. The protection of the environment is a concern for me and all the packaging materials I use are compostable or recyclable.
